ABOUT US
At ELEMENT, we believe that a property is more than just structure and land—it is where lives are lived, businesses grow, and memories are made. Founded in 2021 as a property management company, ELEMENT has evolved into an end-to-end real estate solutions company, offering real estate sales, custom design, construction management, and property management.
Whether you are looking to buy your first home, re-imagine a living space, manage a rental portfolio, or construct a tailored commercial workspace, our family is here to guide yours every step of the way.
ELEMENT was built on a foundation of hard work, hands-on craft, and a deep-rooted belief that personal relationships drive great results.
Mike’s passion for building began long before his corporate career. As a high school student, he spent his summers keeping up a collection of cottages on Big Cedar Lake. Working alongside family members, he gained hands-on experience across a variety of trades, developing a deep love and expertise for carpentry.
After earning his degree in biology, Mike transitioned into business management and corporate sales. After years of travel and managing large-scale operations for major companies, Mike knew it was time to put down roots closer to home. He founded Element to blend his corporate strategy, sales experience, construction mastery, and property management skills into a single, cohesive client experience.
Lisa grew up in a household where DIY wasn't just a weekend project—it was a way of life. Raised by an engineer father who tackled complex hands-on projects, Lisa inherited an eye for structural detail and creative problem-solving.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Education, Lisa brings a thoughtful, empathetic, and organized approach to her work as Element’s lead designer. She combines years of design experience with a deep understanding of how people move through spaces, crafting warm, functional, and beautiful homes and workspaces.
We are, at our core, a family business. For us, "family-owned" isn't just a label on the door—it's how we run our day-to-day operations.
When you partner with ELEMENT, you aren't working with a nameless corporation. You are working with local experts who care about your investment, your vision, and your peace of mind as if it were our own.
Integrated Services: From initial real estate selection to custom design, construction, and ongoing management, we handle every stage of property ownership under one roof.
Craftsmanship & Expertise: With roots in carpentry and background in high-level business management, we bring both master tradecraft and operational excellence to every project.
Thoughtful Design: We design with purpose, creating tailored residential and commercial environments that feel right for your family or business.
Founded on the principle that disconnected services create friction and diminish value, we integrate every phase from acquisition to asset optimization. This cohesive approach ensures disciplined execution and maximizes the long-term potential of your investment.
We believe disciplined execution and active asset management are not accidental. They are built through a strategic partnership focused on capital improvement and sustained value, ensuring every decision serves your long-term property goals.
Whether you're planning a new build, seeking property management, or strategizing an acquisition, our team is ready to provide integrated support.
